AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM

Registration Fee: $20.00 per child/ $10.00 each additional child

Daily Rate of $7.00 per day

Weekly Rate of $35.00 per week/ $25.00 each additional child

Monthly Fee: $125.00 per child/ $75.00 each additional child (based on 30 days) (cost per day on this plan is $4.00 and $2.50 per day)

Two Months in advance is $250.00 and each additional child is $150.00 (based on 60 days) (cost per day is $4.00 and $2.50 a day)

A semester in advance will be $550.00 and $375.00 for each additional child

*** This program will not meet on days that school is out for holidays or breaks.

*** Children will be on the Early Purple Bus and transported to the Jacksonville Community Center.

*** Program will end at 6 pm

*** Payments are due each Monday, I.D. will be required for sign out, the first hour of the program will be instructional time and the last hour will consist of organized games
