Meeting Rooms
Reservation Policy
- One half of the rental fee for meeting rooms is due at the time of reservation.
- Reservations must be made in person.
- Only persons 21 years of age and older may rent the facility.
- The remaining half of rental is due 10 days prior to the event.
- Rental fees will be refunded if a cancellation is made within four (4) business days before the event; otherwise it will result in forfeiture of the fees.
- Set up of tables and chairs is included in rental fees.
- Accessory equipment available - TV / VCR, lectern w/Sound System. These items are available to be reserved and are included in rental fee.
